Backyard Drainage Solution
This particular project was a multi-step solution. The problem was that the pool deck did not drain properly so we cut out the dysfunctional concrete and installed a bigger drain and corrected the improper slope. We then graded the yard, removing 40 yards of dirt to create a dry creek bed and drainage swale to help with water flow and water build-up. We installed the dry creek bed using 14 tons of rock and also created stone steps for a better entry into the backyard area. We finished off the space and project by adding sod and replanting plants throughout.
